Job Description: Program Manager – CSR Initiative (BT-IISc Faculty Development Program)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and oversee the British Telecom (BT) sponsored CSR initiative focused on delivering a high-impact Faculty Development Program (FDP) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. This program aims to enhance the capabilities of faculty members in advanced cybersecurity areas across institutions by fostering excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of the BT-sponsored FDP initiative.
  • Liaise with BT, IISc faculty, stakeholders, and other relevant bodies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program goals.
  • Develop program timelines, budgets, operational plans, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics, outreach, communications, and branding associated with the initiative.
  • Manage data collection, impact assessment, reporting metrics, and present outcomes to CSR and academic stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide periodic progress updates and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in CSR, education, or development sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-stakeholder academic or industry-led initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CSR compliance, reporting frameworks, and academic partnerships is an advantage.

Location

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru,  at IISc campus.

Remuneration

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

PCB Design and Fabrication Engineer (KiCad)

  • Create and maintain complex PCB schematics and layouts using KiCad (schematic capture, footprint library management, net-list generation).
